Experience I have over a decade of experience of working with individuals within the Adult Health and Social Care sector providing a service in line with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations. I have experience of working with individuals with addiction difficulties including gambling, alcohol and illegal substances. I have experience of working with individuals with complex needs including comorbidity with learning difficulties, physical disabilities, mental health and physical ill health.
